Following the boost in the Earnings number last month to 2.9%, this key part of the release will be watched with added interest by both institutional and retail investors.
The median forecast of economists polled by Reuters is for the Non-Farm Payroll to rise by 195,000, following an ADP reading of 235,000 on Wednesday.
The range in the Reuters poll estimates varies from 172,000 to 290,000.
