XM would like to inform you that, as of 3 January 2018, a new European Union legislation, the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II (or MiFID II) will replace the existing legislation governing the provision of investment services and activities.

This new legislation will ensure fairer, safer and more efficient financial markets and facilitate greater transparency and stronger investor protection.

The updated documents enlisted above can also be found in the Members Area under the Section “Legal Documents”. You should read and ensure you understand the contents of the documents mentioned above.
