Terms and Conditions

FBS Traders Party Happy Birthday edition is held by FBS (hereinafter – the “”Company””) on Sunday, February 11, 2018.

Location is Surabaya city, Indonesia.

The Traders Party participation is open for all clients in Surabaya, with a verified personal area confirming residence in Indonesia.

Clients may request attendance after the following conditions are met:

1. Personal area verification
2. Make a one-time deposit of $500 or more
3. Trade at least one standard lot
4. Deposits and lots are calculated for participation from December 21, 2017 – until the event is full and registration is closed.

Other conditions

1. Submitting your request for participation does not guarantee a seat at the FBS Traders Party.
2. The above-mentioned requirements listed in clause 3. must be met and verified by an FBS representative.
3. Only eligible and verified clients who are confirmed by an FBS representative via email and/or by phone will be able to attend the Traders Party.
4. Registration is open until February 10, 2018 . FBS reserves the right to close registration at an earlier date, once the seats for the Traders Party are fully booked.
5. One Traders Party participant, equates to one personal area. In case 2 or more clients use the same credentials, FBS reserves the right to reject request for participation. In case fraudulent and/or incorrect credentials are presented for the attendance request, FBS reserves the right to reject request for participation.
6. Each Traders Party participant must meet the conditions stated in clause 3.
7. The Promotion is open to all types of accounts.
8. The Promotion includes the following prizes:
   • Samsung Note 8 (2 unit)
   • Samsung S8 + (2 unit)
   • Macbook Air (2 unit)
   • Macbook Pro (1 unit)
   • iPhone X (3 unit)
   • iPhone 7+ (2 unit)

9. The client may choose any of their real accounts to make a one-time deposit of $500 or more and trade at least one standard lot on any/all clients real accounts.
10. Requests for the Traders Party participation are verified and confirmed in the order that they received.
11. By agreeing to attend the Traders Party, the client gives their consent:
    • Publication and use of photos and videos with/or without names for promotional purposes.
    • In case of winning in the raffle, to: an interview, a video interview and its subsequent publication in mass media; as well as to the use of their photographs and last name by the Company for promotional purposes.
    • All copyrights to such promotional materials will be owned by the Company.
12. The Prizes cannot be obtained as a cash equivalent.
13. The color of prizes is selected at the Company’s discretion.
14. Attendant must be at least 18 years of age.
15. A maximum of 300 guests, who fulfilled the requirement listed in clause 3., will be able to attend the Traders Party Happy Birthday edition in Surabaya.
16. All eligible clients attending the Traders Party are required to maintain appropriate behavior at all times. FBS reserves the right to deny and/or disqualify and escort any and all guests out of the Traders Party at any time if the guest’s behavior is unacceptable in any way. The latter applies if the attendant did not register and/or was not approved for attendance.
17. If the Company suspects that a client violates or attempts to violate the terms of the Traders Party, or otherwise acts in bad faith in relation to the Company, the Company has the right to refuse, suspend or terminate the client’s participation in the Promotion and, if necessary (temporary or on a permanent basis) block the client’s account.
18. The Company reserves the right to change the terms of the Promotion at any time, without prior notification.
    * For Cent accounts the amount of deposit required to participate in the promotion is 50 000 cents, the amount of lots traded is 100.
