HotForex strives to offer NDD(Non-Dealing Desk) trading environment on all account types, and the broker guarantees that there is:
- No manipulation to the market price
- No interference to the traders of clients
HotForex closes all open positions only when there is no enough free margin available in your trading account.
This action is called Stop Out or Liquidation.
It will be triggered automatically in order to avoid further losses in your trading account.
HotForex sets the Stop Out level to 10% for the Micro account and 20% for other accounts.
As long as the margin level of your trading account reaches down to the specified %, all open positions will be closed forcefully.
This is to protect clients from larger losses, and there is no exception for this rule.
“Negative Balance Protection” to protect traders
HotForex does liquidate all open positions once the margin level is lower that level, but also takes insurance measures for its traders.
It is called Negative Balance Protection, or NBP.
This will nullify all exceeded losses in HotForex’s trading accounts, and traders do not need to cover the exceeded losses at all.
In case the account balance goes negative after the liquidation, then HotForex’s system will automatically cover the exceeded loss, and fix the account balance to 0.
This condition is the same for all account types.
