Question: Less amount than my original deposit amount is reflected in XM MT4/MT5 account. Why is that?
XM doesn’t charge any fees for deposits, and XM covers fees charged by payment providers for clients.
Although the condition, XM does not cover fees for bank transfers as it is variable to each bank.
You may contact the bank(payment provider) to find out what are the charges in this case.
The beneficiary(XM) cannot find out the fees charged by the bank(payment provider). Thus XM reflects the exact amount they have received to their bank accounts, to your trading account.
