The verification process is designed to protect all traders and make sure you are the real holder of this account.
The documents are simple and straightforward:
Proof of identity: valid, clear, colour copy of identity card or passport
Please make sure the following details are clearly visible:
- Full name
- Signature of the holder
- Date of expiry
- Document number
- Date of birth
- MRZ lines
Proof of residence: utility bill (water, gas, electricity or landline) or bank statement (copy of the full page) up to six months old
Please note it should be a scan of the bill physically delivered to your residential address.
Please make sure that the following details are clearly visible:
- Full name and address of the account holder
- Date of issue
- Issuer details
- Service details
Debit/credit card: copy of the debit/credit card you will use
Please provide clear, colour copies of both sides of the card.
For security reasons, please make sure that the eight middle digits of the card number on the front and the CVV number on the back of the card are covered.
Copies of your card are only needed if you will fund your account with a debit or credit card.
All of these documents can be uploaded from your client area after you log in to your profile on the official website or sent by email.
You can start trading as soon as you’ve registered, verified and funded you account.
