Fees for Bank Wire Transfer
FXPrimus does not charge you for wire transfers. However, bear in mind that your local bank may charge a fee for wire transfers. Make sure that you check with your bank before making your transaction.
What is “Pending Status”?
If it is a real-time transfer, Pending means that the transaction did not go through. You will need to make another attempt.
If it is a credit card transaction, Pending transactions may take up to 24 hours to be confirmed.

Withdrawal Methods and Conditions
FXPrimus may process withdrawal of funds via the method you used for Deposit though, there are certain rules to be followed.

☆Withdrawals are handled 5 days a week. (Monday 21:00 GMT – Friday 21:00 GMT).
How to request for a Fund Withdrawal?
To request for your fund withdrawal, please fill out a withdrawal request in your Members Area. Mainly, there are 2 different cases for fund withdrawals:
- If you want to withdraw all the funds in your account, the first step will be to stop Trading. If someone else manages your account, please send a request to your money manager to stop Trading your account on your behalf.
- If you want to make a partial withdrawal of your funds, you can continue to Trade as long as you have enough equity left in your account after FXPrimus processes the withdrawal.
Withdrawal Fees
Just like the Deposit, FXPrimus does not cover your bank or the intermediary bank fees. FXPrimus will only cover the receiving bank fees, if there is any.
China Union Pay may incur a fee equal to 1.5% if the withdrawal is placed within 30 days of the deposit and is greater than the deposit amount.
