How to top up your account on Currency.com

You need to log into your account and if you are depositing funds for the first time, click on the “Deposit” button, or on the “Wallets” button if you have deposited funds before, click on the “Wallets” button and opposite the currency, in which you want to replenish your account, select “Deposit”.

How to withdraw funds from Currency.com

You need to log into your account, click the “Wallets” button and select “withdraw” opposite the currency you are interested in.

After that, you will have a choice of 3 methods:

1. Bank transfer: by choosing this method, you will be able to enter all the necessary payment details. Please note that the bank account must be in your name. You will also need to confirm that the current account belongs to you directly by sending the relevant data to the customer support e-mail address (support@currency.com);
2. Bank card ****ХХХХ: by clicking on this button, your payment will be automatically made to the selected bank card. If you do not see this option, then your card is not activated within Currency.com’s platform. In order to activate the card, you need to make a deposit from a bank card that belongs to you;
3. Cryptocurrency wallet: after choosing this method, you need to enter the address of the crypto wallet to which you want to transfer funds. Please double-check that the address you entered is correct.
