All withdrawal requests are processed by the Client Accounting Department within 1 working day.
However, the time needed for the funds to be transferred will vary, depending on your payment method.
Please note that in case you have requested for your fund withdrawals on weekends, then the request will be processed on Monday(or Tuesday).
There are mainly two requirements for withdrawing funds from FXPro
1. Your personal information is verified with documents
You might have already done it right after you have opened an account though, you will need to verify your personal information provided with documents.
Otherwise, you can not withdraw any profits from your trading account
2. No open positions in the trading account
If you are transferring funds from the “FXPro Vault” then you do not need to worry about it though, if you are withdrawing funds from your trading accounts directly, then you cannot have any open positions in the account.
It is obviously to protect traders from margin call/stop out(liquidation).
Processing times on each transfer method
Bank transfers are ordinarily processed by FXPro within 1 working day, and it takes 3-5 days approximately for the funds to be credited to your bank account.
However, please note that it might take up to 10 working days(sometimes more) for your funds to process back through the banks to your card.
Under normal circumstances, Credit/Debit Card withdrawals are also processed by us within 1 working day, and it takes 5-7 days approximately for the funds to be credited to your account.
But depending on your company, it could take a month or more for the fund to be returned to your account.
All other payment methods are usually processed by us within 1 working day, and should be arrived to your account immediately.
